The answer bot works here and there, but it still lets some really obvious spam calls slip through. For a feature I’m paying for, I expected it to catch the simple stuff at least. Hoping there’s some kind of credit or compensation if this keeps happening

I’ve been trying to give this app a fair shot, but it keeps crashing on me and it’s missing spam calls it’s supposed to catch. That’s frustrating, especially when the whole point is to help block those calls. I really think the developers need to take responsibility here and fix these issues instead of letting users deal with the same problems over and over.

I gave it a try and thought it might be worth keeping around. Then the monthly cost hit me — nope. It just feels way too pricey for what you get.

I’ve used RoboKiller on my iPhone with Verizon and it worked smoothly for me, so part of me still wants to stick with it. But my husband had a rough time trying to get it set up on his Android, which was frustrating. I’ve liked the brand and wanted it to be our go-to, but it really seems to depend on your phone and carrier. It’s not a bad app at all, just make sure your setup is supported before you commit.

I gave robokiller a try because the spam calls were getting out of hand, and I wanted a little more control over who could get through to me. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but support kept bouncing me around like no one really wanted to handle it. Somehow I still ended up getting charged, which felt questionable. the whole thing was frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I tried setting up RoboKiller something felt off right from the start. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to go back and figure out what I missed. Even once I finally got it working, the app still felt kind of clunky and confusing to use. It just wasn’t something I wanted to deal with every day, so I ended up giving up quickly.

The app itself was fine, but trying to get help was really frustrating. I sent a message and ended up waiting days before I got an actual response. When someone finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. I also had no idea what I was supposed to do next or whether anyone was even still looking into it, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

I really wanted this to help with spam calls, but it ended up blocking calls from my friends while still letting some spam through. It made me feel like I’d been tricked into trusting it. Now I’m nervous I’ll miss important calls and still have to deal with junk ones anyway
